    Thanks for this update.

I really do appreciate the "Last Updated" timestamps. I've often wondered when an update was last performed. This is helpful!

Being able to adjust the update frequency for seldom-used accounts should speed things up for me and Quicken's servers.

    Thanks.

@DannyB And even though I have kept my frequencies at the default, I can still check to see if it updated and how many hours ago and so whether I can do an update now. And often I just do a manual update for the accounts that may need it. I love it.

I do notice that in order to check latest update times of my Investment accounts, I have to go to Settings:Accounts. I wonder why that is different and you cannot see the Update Button in the Investment transactions window.

I realized that the manage updates is not active for Zillow. I really don’t need to check my home value every day and would like this option added to Zillow as well so I can set it to once a month.

I'm pretty sure that Zillow only updates manually when you click the Update button

That’s what I thought. But my Zillow updated itself without me manually updating it. Maybe something else happened since the launch ?

Hmm… I don't know! I'm pretty sure mine only updates when I tell it to, but I can't promise.

This doesn't work. It would be great if it did. I have my bank set to never update - manual only and yet I find Simplifi attempts to connect every day between 12:00 - 1:30 a.m. I know this because I get challenged every time I log into my online banking with a "was this you?" prompt. They require two factor authentication and I don't want to get locked out of my account because the bank thinks I've been hacked.

@Bgz @EL1234 Zillow updates for me are haphazard like the updates on quotes. There seems to be no rhyme or reason to them. Often it goes 2 days for quote updates (at least that is what it says) and Zillow says last updated 6 days ago and hitting the update button does nothing.

@Syllean, thanks for letting us know!

Can you provide proof of the issue, such as a screenshot of the bank in question showing that the update schedule is set to "never", as well as a screenshot from your bank showing that Quicken Simplifi is making a connection attempt? We will also need the name of the bank so we can look for aggregation events from our end. Do you end up receiving an error in Quicken Simplifi for this bank?

We look forward to your reply!

@Coach Natalie the proof that I have is messages from my bank saying someone is trying to log in every night and the fact that my transactions are some how updating until today when RBC blocked my online banking access. This app is half baked at best. I can't believe that intuit took away Mint that worked well and put out this masterpiece. I regret spending my money on this.

Do you realize Intuit is not related to Quicken?

@RobWilk wow I'm dumb, somehow I thought quicken was made by intuit. Either way this app sucks.

edit: it was related, I just don't follow these companies dumping their dead-end brands.

Not a bad idea. I have stuck with the default on Simplifi as really the only account that is different is AmEx. I usually open Simplifi at 530am and it downloads then, but AmEx seems to want to update its site around 9am. But I just check it again around 930 and it downloads. So I am fine with just leaving it alone.

I think that Zillow must only update once per week, which is plenty.
