Not sure it's exactly what your looking for, but Simplifi does offer suggestions to create Recurring Series for random stuff. I currently have this in my tablet. Interestingly, it doesn't show up on Web. That said, I have had them show up on Web too. Sometimes, they're useful and sometimes they're not.
