Wow! I had no idea how dumb I was until I bought Quicken Simplifi! I must be the simpleton in the equation. I have 2 incomes and although I entered both, the first one isn't showing. How do I bet back to there and add it?

PS I don't understand tags.

Don't know if I can help out with this but let's see.

When you went through the set-up process did you connect to your bank accounts?

How much of your account data history was downloaded into Quicken Simplifi?

Were you prompted to add your recurring income, or did you create the recurring income events manually?

Do both incomes show up in your bank account register in QS?

Are these two incomes from two different income sources or are the two incidents of income from one source?

If your income shows up as deposits in your account register, have you tried linking the missing income to the recurring reminder either vis "Link to existing recurring" in the 3 dot menu at the far right of the entry or via 3 dot menu/View transaction/Transaction detail/Mark as recurring?

    Settings (gear icon)→All Recurring

That's where recurring income and bills are.

You should be able to add or verify it there.

Tags are there if you want to use them. You can use them as you want. It is another way of grouping together expenditures besides categories.

For example, you can have a tag for Summer Vacation 2024 and tag the gasoline, lodging, park fees, etc. so you can see how much you spent on the vacation.

I use tags to group my belongings in possessions as Electronics, Appliances, Art, DVDs, etc. Of course I could use categories but that presented other problems since I already had them and they weren't expenditures.

There are myriad uses for tags.
