Hello @billy.govols,
Thanks for letting us know! Does this behavior show up in another web browser/incognito mode? If it does, to better assist us can you let us know a couple of things? We will need:
- The web browser & operating system with the versions that you are using.
- The Quicken Simplifi version and build you are on (this can be found at the bottom of the dashboard).
- The steps to reproduce this issue.
We will also need logs to be sent to us. Here are instructions to do so:
- Log into the Quicken Simplifi Web App.
- Select Profile from the left-hand navigation bar.
- With the Profile menu open, hold down the Option key for Mac or the Alt key for Windows, and then click Send Feedback.
- Leave all boxes checked, add a brief description of the issue, and then click Send.

I'm using the PWA via Chrome (Version 133.0.6943.55 ) on macOS (15.3.1 (24D70)). Simplifi version ((30508/88e059cb48/v94.9.2))
I can't reproduce this at will because the pop-up only occurs when the system detects a potentially linkable transfer.

Hello @billy.govols,
Thanks for the reply. Can you clarify what PWA means in this context? And, does the system detect a linkable transfer upon signing in to Quicken Simplifi or after a refresh?

Progressive Web App… it's essentially the Chrome browser without an address bar, so the website looks more like a native app.
I typically notice the link transfer option when I mark a transaction as reviewed.

the devs will know what that means. The necessary change to make that text lighter is a simple "CSS" style change. They'll know exactly where and how to fix it quickly.

Possibly @billy.govols,
Thanks for the information. Do you know if it looks like this in alternate web browsers, or is this specific to the web browser you are using?

Hello @billy.govols,
I am following up with an update on this bug from the product team. It looks like a fix has been implemented for Quicken Simplifi Web version 4.49.0. Once that version rolls around, be sure to let us know if this works for you!
