Just linked my SoFi account, where I have a student loan. Instead of showing the full balance (~$40k) it only shows the monthly payment amount (~$450). This greatly inflates my net worth in Simplifi.
Hello @georgeb3,
Thanks for reaching out! I would see if resetting the account connection works to resolve this issue: https://support.simplifi.quicken.com/en/articles/4857199-when-and-how-to-reset-your-account-connections
Let us know if this works!

Hi Jon. Tried that and it did not work.
Thank you for your reply,
Since resetting the account did not correct the issue, this issue will likely need to be escalated.
To do that, we will need a screenshot of the account balance, as it shows in your Quicken Simplifi, and a screenshot showing the balance on the financial institution side, and which shows the full URL for the financial institution webpage. Please redact any personal information from the screenshots. If you're not comfortable posting the screenshots in this discussion, then please send them via DM.
Additionally, we will also need you to send logs. To do this, please follow these steps:
Thank you!

@georgeb3, thank you for sending the requested info!
It looks like we have an Alert for this issue with SoFi loan accounts. Please be sure to follow it for updates moving forward!
Same issue, same try, still issue. Simplifi is interpreting the payment due as the account balance. Just saw the post to follow…sorry for the comment here!
