Tried to reset account…but fidelity does not "see" the 2 credit card accounts to link. I can download as "new" accounts, but that would require a great deal of editing categories again.

Thanks for reaching out! I would see if a fresh new connection works here instead. You can make the accounts manual and then use the Add Account flow to get a completely fresh connection. If the connection is successful, you'll then want to link the accounts to your existing Quicken Simplifi accounts. Let us know how that goes!
