Wells Fargo Account Not Linking

When I’ve gone through the process to link my two Wells Fargo credit cards, it shows I’ve checked both cards to link in Plaid, but when it loads into Simplifi, it says that only one account was found and linked. How do I get the second card linked if it is already checked as accessible with Plaid?

Thank you for letting us know you're running into this problem. There are a couple things that can cause Quicken Simplifi to be unable to see an account. The first is that many financial institutions allow only the primary account holder to link the account in Quicken Simplifi. The second is if the account has not had any recent transactions (for instance, no transactions for 90+ days), then the financial institution may consider it dormant, which would prevent it from being shared with Quicken Simplifi.
