I agree. This is a product enhancement that's been in other community threads going back to 2023, so I guess it's not something that's going to happen very soon. I'm surprised more people haven't asked for this functionality, since it makes managing your investments much easier if you can download the data and work with it in a spreadsheet.
I can get an on screen analysis of my complete investment portfolios across 6 different brokerage sites, ranking by "Market Value" high to low, but I'm unable to print this out. WHY?
You mention I can print transactions- I don't want to do that, I want a complete snapshot of the amount of money I have in each stock, and print/export this to CSV.
Printing thousands of transactions doesn't help. I had to use my browser copy/paste to put in a spreadsheet. For something that should have taken a minute took a great deal of time to put in an Excel spreadsheet. Please look at allowing this function for each of capabilities in Investments>Portfolio>Holdings.
I agree with previous posts. Would value the ability to export HOLDINGS to a CSV for Excel Analysis. There is nothing "Wrong" with the Simplify reports, it just that I have ideas for deeper analysis and visualizations that I would like to explore offline in Excel.
Adding another vote for this. I use Simplifi as my primary investment tracker, but the lack of any export on the Portfolio/Holdings page (not just transactions) means I can't pull per-holding data (symbol, shares, value, day change) into my own spreadsheets or scripts without manually transcribing it off the page every time. Even a basic CSV export matching what's already available for transactions would solve this — same format, just scoped to the Holdings table. This has been requested since 2023 across several threads; would love to see it prioritized.
