Need to be able to link to servicing.mohela.com

In October 2024, my student loans were transferred from Navient to Mohela. Those of us that were impacted have our own webpage servicing.mohela.com It is Feb 2025 and a link to that bank is still not available. Please do not send me to the other discussions that have been opened they do not help. Please advise as to when we will be able to link our loan accounts to Mohela.

Thank you for reaching out about this issue. I can see that there was a connection issue in late 2024, but it was marked resolved. Which connection option are you trying to use to connect your account? What happens when you try to connect? Are you seeing any error messages/codes?
