How long have you been experiencing this error?
Are you trying to add a credit card account, or a different account type?
What is the account nickname, as it appears on the financial institution's website?
Have there been any changes to the financial institution's website?
Has there been activity in the account within the last 90 days?
What is the exact URL (web address) you see once you've logged into the account directly through the financial institution's website?
