Seems that my recurring bills that I link to transactions disappear (edited)

Seems that my recurring bills that I link to transactions disappear. A week later the bill shows a past due and the transaction is missing completely. Happens with Costco Citi card, electric bill and mobile phone bill (so far).

Throws off my cash flow in addition to being a major inconvenience....

Thanks for reaching out! To clarify, are both the transactions and recurring reminders disappearing? If you go to Bills & Income > All Recurring, do the Bills show up there? Can you please provide screenshots to better assist us as well? Feel free to redact any personal information.
