What to do with Investment Holding that I don't know the Total Cost Basis?

Under Investments > Portfolio, I am trying to get the Total Gain to be accurate, but Simplifi is showing that I have 1 Holding that does not show up when I log into my Fidelity Roth IRA account. FDIC99458 (FDIC INSURED DEPOSIT AT US BANK IRA NOT COVERED BY SIPC) is showing that I have 3892.55 shares, but I do not recognize it. I verified that this Symbol is tied to my current Roth IRA account and not an older closed account.
What can I do here? Thanks!

Hello @trd716,
Thanks for reaching out! If you have verified that the holding is not on your bank's website and that it is currently causing incorrect information within Quicken Simplifi, I would suggest deleting the holding to see if this fixes things going forward. This can be done from the 3 dot menu to the right of the holding. Let us know if that works!

Hi Jon,
I did see if I could delete this holding, but I see no option to. I checked the 3-dot menu on the Portfolio view, only View Details and Edit Holding are available. Under View Details, there is another 3-dot menu, but only Edit Holding is available. Under Edit Holding, there are no options to delete as far as I can tell.

Hello @trd716,
Thanks for the reply. This would usually mean the holding has been sent over from the financial institution. If you reset the account connection for the affected account, does it fix the situation?
May we also have a screenshot showing the incorrect holding and portfolio view in Quicken Simplifi?

I will try resetting my Fidelity account. However, will I lose any data? Or will it create duplicate accounts when I reconnect?
Here are a couple images
