Unable to connect to Vanguard ROTH and brokerage accounts

Hello,

Simplifi is unable to connect to the ROTH and brokerage accounts of Vanguard. I tried deleting the account and adding the account again, but unable to.

This account was previously working and since it was not refreshing, I had to do a reconnection but it said it uses intuit to connect now and just kept hanging. Deletion and adding the account again is not helping either.

Please look into the same.

    Hello @Palavis,

    Thanks for reaching out! I can see from our side that you are getting an FDP-390 error when trying to connect to Vanguard - Personal Investors. Have you tried the Vanguard instance available in Quicken Simplifi to see if this works for you?

    In another thread someone recently posted that they were unable to link Vanguard on the web app, but were able to do so on the mobile app. That worked for a 2nd person as well. I have yet to try the app, so can't say from personal experience. Just something else to try, particularly if you've only tried from the web app so far.

    It seemed resolved. I was able to connect on the mobile app since the web one was just hanging for a long time. After the mobile app connection was successful, I am able to see the connection on web too. Thanks.

    Same thing for me. Couldn't get it to work on desktop web but it worked on iOS mobile app. Then I refreshed desktop web and it's working. Thanks for your help here.
