I haven't been able to access Quicken Simplifi on the web on Chrome in a very long time because the home page keeps loading and saying I'm offline. I've tried:
- Contacting Support. They asked me to open in Safari, which does work, so it indicates an issue with compatibility in Chrome… But rather than try to help me resolve the issue in Chrome, they basically told me to f off. Even though this is the only website on the internet that I'm having an issue with in Chrome.
- Clearing cache and cookies. That didn't resolve it.
- Restarting my computer. That didn't resolve it.
- Accessing via the app.simplifimoney.com URL instead of simplifi.quicken.com. That didn't work.
I've seen other posts about this issue in the community but nothing with a solution that worked for me. At least one person said it eventually started working for them again, but I've had this issue for weeks now, so it doesn't seem like it's going to resolve on its own. I'm hoping someone on here has other ideas for me to try.
