Credit Union "Account Disconnected"

I have ongoing problems with my UFCU.ORG not updating (this has been going on for months and months). The other day I tried to cure the latest occurrence and wound up with having three of the four subaccounts (savings, mortgage, medical savings) listed as "account disconnected".

How should I proceed to cure this (hopefully without losing my history of entries)?

The next day (today) I did an refresh and that seems to have fixed things — at least on the dashboard. The reports are still "polluted" with the pre-refresh values for today. I'll update tonight and see if that does the trick.
