How do I clear an old pending transaction?

I have a few pending transactions from months ago which cannot be updated - I cannot change the status to cleared and cannot delete, as they show:

How do I actually remove these transactions? I'm not sure how to get rid of them - normally pending transactions you can update via this dropdown:

but I cannot do this for several transactions. And as you can see above, I cannot delete them either.

Thank you for letting us know you're encountering this issue. To help troubleshoot this, please provide more information. Are the problem transactions manually created, or did they download from your financial institution? If they are downloaded, which financial institution did they download from? Are the transactions linked with any bill or income reminders? Are the transactions included on any invoices?
