Savings Goals: Allow "Already Saved" amount to match Goal Amount

I have some goals, like a $300 "gambling budget" (yeah, you like the stock market, i don't want to hear it), where when I set up the goal i may already have the amount saved, but i want to hold it aside in that savings goal …. (I may periodically withdraw from this goal, but then will build it up again, maybe next paycheck, ideally this withdrawal would be ignored from my spending plan, presuming i saved the money on a previous month).
So I set a $300 goal..
And I tried to say I had $300 saved already in the savings account for the goal…
And it complained that the amount saved had to be less than the goal….
So I needed to work around it by:
- Making the goal amount $300.01
- After creating the goal (with the pre-saved amount), edit it and make it $300 again.
Given that savings goals hold money aside virtually from the account balance, I should be allowed to create a savings goal that is already met in order to hold the money aside from the virtual balance.
