Monthly recurring transfers "exclude from spending plan and reports" selection changes monthly.

I have unselected "exclude from spending plan and reports" in the "edit series" page for transfers. However, the next month some of these transfers again are excluded from spending plan and reports and thus don't show up in my spending plan.

I expect that editing the series' options in "all recurring" under settings would effect a perpetual change. While this is the case for some transfers, it is not for all.

Thank you for letting us know you're encountering this issue. To clarify, does this happen with the same transfer reminders every month, or is it more random which ones become start excluding again? Does this behavior happen right at the beginning of the new month? If not, when do you typically see it happen? Is there any specific account or account type that you notice this behavior with?
