"Simplifi has already added all my accounts" message with EverBank

I am having the same issue and it has persisted for over a month. When I try to add the bank again, the process nearly completes, but then I get an error that says Simplifi has already added all my accounts for this bank. I really like this tool, but it is unusable for me without Everbank.

Thanks for letting us know! Are you trying to add a new account to Quicken Simplifi or update an existing account already within the program? For the latter, I would try to see if a fresh connection would fix this issue. You can make the accounts manual and then use the Add Account flow to get a completely fresh connection. If the connection is successful, you'll then want to link the accounts to your existing Quicken Simplifi accounts. Let us know how that goes!
