Does WealthSimple work in Canada?

I tried Simplifi last July, but canceled a day later because WealthSimple did not work.

I heard that WealthSimple was working now. Is that true? And if I try Simplifi again now (if WealthSimple works), do I still get a 30-day money guarantee? I know I won't get a discount because I tried, but would like to make sure I can get a 30-day money guarantee (since I never really tried Simplifi).

I am using [removed] right now, and I love it. But WealthSimple gives me problems once in a while. :/

Unfortunately, no, WealthSimple is not supported. The open alert for the issue was marked resolved, but the resolution was that the financial institution decided they would no longer support connecting with Quicken Simplifi. They have been added to our list of known online banking issues, under Unsupported Banks:

If you do decide to give Quicken Simplifi another try, and buy directly through Quicken, then the 30 day guarantee would still apply. If you go through the app store on your device, then refunds would be subject to that app store's policies.
