Refund for account outside US

Hello, I would like to request a refund to the subscription of Quicken Simplifi I made earlier today. 

I’m outside the US and didn’t realize the program wouldn’t work.

Appreciate any suggestions.

Yes, Quicken Simplifi doesn't work well outside the US or Canada. I did issue you a refund, and your subscription has been fully canceled. We hope you find something that works well for you in your area!
