CFG Bank FDP-102 error (edited)

CFG Bank recently upgraded their banking system and required users to establish new login credentials. I tried to update my credentials in Simplifi but the connection is no longer working. I'm getting the following message:

"We are unable to connect to CFG Community Bank - RO at this time. Please try again later. Care Code: FDP-102"

    Hello @ejs,

    Thanks for reaching out! I can see that you are receiving an FDP-102 error from our side. Typically, users will receive error code FDP-102 when our connection with their bank is being throttled by the bank, limiting the amount of successful connection attempts. Users will still be able to access their bank’s website directly.

    I would see if a fresh connection would work to resolve this issue with your existing accounts in Quicken Simplifi. You can make the accounts manual and then use the Add Account flow to get a completely fresh connection. If the connection is successful, you'll then want to link the accounts to your existing Quicken Simplifi accounts. Let us know how that goes!
