Morgan Stanley connect - FDP-102 (edited)

What's the status on the morgan stanley connection? It's still showing a connection error. If this isn't fixed then i don't see a reason to continue with quicken, as my primary checking account comes from morgan stanley

Thanks for reaching out! There is not currently a known issue for Morgan Stanley that I am aware of. I am also not seeing an error that you are receiving for Morgan Stanley on our side. Can you provide a screenshot of the error you are receiving? Can you let us know if you are trying to add an account or update an existing account within Quicken Simplifi?

Thanks for the screenshot! I would see if a fresh connection would work here. You can make the accounts manual and then use the Add Account flow to get a completely fresh connection. If the connection is successful, you'll then want to link the accounts to your existing Quicken Simplifi accounts. Let us know how that goes!
