Hi Grace, welcome to the community and to Quicken Simplifi.

I'm not exactly sure what you are asking, but perhaps I can make some suggestions.

First, have you been able to successfully connect to the bank that issued your credit card?

If so, all your transactions for a certain period of time (60 to 90 days perhaps) will automatically download into your Quicken Simplifi (QS) account.

Second, you can set up any categories you want to sort out your transactions as you like. mover your cursor over the lefthand side bar and select Settings > Categories& tags > Categories > + Category

Once you have your categories and any subcategories you want you can now go to your newly imported transactions and assign them accordingly. You will be able to create rules that will automate this process for future transactions.

I don't know what you mean my "group categories in subtotal" but I think this will give you a start.
