Add a search feature to 'Tags' under Settings (edited)

This idea is related to this other idea which is closed to comments. Ultimately, for consistency-sake it would be great to have a search feature for Tags the same as with Categories.

    For tags, I would recommend using Chrome (or whatever browser's) built in "Find" option (Cmd+F on Mac, I think Ctrl+F on PC), but that only seems to work for tags and not categories. Like you said, categories has a search function,

    IF there were.a way for a tags search icon to pop up the browser's 'find' feature, that might make sense.

    Good idea. That is certainly a valid workaround for finding them. Honestly, I completely forgot about Ctrl+F last night. In my defense, it was after midnight! Still, I’d love to see this fully implemented sometime on the web; the same way as it is on mobile. I tend to group tags with a keyword at the front and it’s very helpful to visually filter the list to just the tags I care about.
