FDP-103 error with Putnam Account (edited)

I am having trouble adding my Putnam Individual account. I do not experience any issues logging in from the Putnam website. I have read and tried all the recommendations on your existing help and community boards. Including the FDP-103 errors with Putnam accounts recommendations.

The URL you provide for adding a new Putnam account is not identical to the one from Putnam's website. The Putnam URL for individual accounts is:

https://www.putnam.com/individual/accounts/

This has been an issue for over a year and first appeared shortly after Putnam merged with Franklin Templeton. At that time, I could not add nor update my Putnam account with either Simplifi or Mint (prior to their closing).

The Putnam account states that account balances and transactions are still provided by putnam.com while documentation are available at https://www.franklintempleton.com/.

Any assistance is appreciated.

    Hello @Samir Anz,

Thanks for reaching out! Sorry to hear about the recent trouble with adding your Putnam Individual account. You mentioned that Putnam merged with Franklin Templeton. Have you tried connecting to Franklin Templeton within Quicken Simplifi to see if that works?

If that doesn't work, can you please provide the following information?

    1. Have there been recent changes in your banking website? If there are changes, what are those?
    2. What is the exact URL you use to log in to your account (login URL)?
    3. What type of accounts are you adding (banking, investment, debt, etc.)?
    4. Please provide a screenshot of the bank account summary page that includes the URL. You’re welcome to remove or obscure any personal information.
    5. Document the FORMAT of your password (NEVER the actual password!). For example, the password of "Quicken123$" would be "Xxxxxxx###$." Document the specific special character(s) in the password (AGAIN, DO NOT document the actual password!). We recommend to NOT use the following special characters & < > / \.
