    I was able to do an initial connect to NWM a few days ago to setup my account but since then it isn't able to update.
    "We are unable to connect to NorthWestern Mutual Insurance at this time. Care Code: 170"

    Hello @Jeannette,

    Thanks for letting us know! Can you please provide a screenshot of the error you are receiving within Quicken Simplifi? Additionally, could you also supply logs to better assist us in discovering a resolution?

    1. Log into the Quicken Simplifi Web App.
    2. Select Profile from the left-hand navigation bar.
    3. With the Profile menu open, hold down the Option key for Mac or the Alt key for Windows, and then click Send Feedback.
    4. Leave all boxes checked, add a brief description of the issue, and then click Send.

    Hello @Ender1327,

    Thanks for reaching out and providing this information. To clarify, are you trying to connect an account for this instituion for the first time in Quicken Simplifi, or are you trying to update an existing account? For the latter, you can make the accounts manual and then use the Add Account flow to get a completely fresh connection. If the connection is successful, you'll then want to link the accounts to your existing Quicken Simplifi accounts. Let us know how that goes!

    this is the first time that I’m trying to connect this institution. I have made several unsuccessful attempts over the last few days receiving this same error message every time.
