Midflorida credit union FDP-102 error for past few months

I recently opened Midflorida credit union account and I keep getting this error when trying to add for the past month.

We are unable to connect to MIDFLORIDA Credit Union at this time. Please try again later.
Care Code: FDP-102

I tried resetting everything and making sure I can login a couple times. The account is fine with midflorida credit union so it's an error on this end.
