Need to Contact Management
I am a paying Simplifi customer who has been extremely upset and dissatisfied with the "support" I and other customers have been receiving.
Was directed to an article which indicates an option to post here by a "Coach":
I want to talk to Quicken Simplifi Manager. The support team has done an abysmal job and I have a number of complaints and reports to make.
When/how will management contact me?

This is community support, which is support from other users (not paid employees). Chat or phone support are where you speak to employees.

there are about three coaches here. They manage the forum, and get bugs and idea posts submitted to other teams. I am unaware of their exact job titles, but Coach Natalie has been in the forum the longest, at least the 5 years I've been here.

Your best bet is to take Coach Natalie's advice and chat with the Chat Support Team through the Help Center or click the Call Me button in the Help Center to set up a phone call. Perhaps they can put you through to management, although I'm not sure what "management" means in this context.
The article @Coach Natalie referenced is about how to access support, not how to contact management. It talks about getting support from other users and coaches, which you can certainly do here in the Community. But perhaps chatting or talking could lead to some sort of escalation of your issue, whatever it is. In any event, you'll be having real-time contact with someone.
