MFA not working for Atlantic Union bank since the bank made website changes a month ago

I haven't been able to connect for 29 days. I try to reset, or reconnect, go through the whole MFA process, but I still end up with an error:
"A multi-factor authentication is required to connect to your account at Atlantic Union Bank Personal DC.Care Code: FDP-187"
What can I do to get it to work.?

Thanks for reaching out! I do see that error you mentioned from our side as well. I would see if a fresh connection here would work to resolve the issue. You can make the accounts manual and then use the Add Account flow to get a completely fresh connection. If the connection is successful, you'll then want to link the accounts to your existing Quicken Simplifi accounts. If that still doesn't work can you provide the following information?
- Is Quicken Simplifi asking you to complete Multifactor Authentication?
- Are you receiving the MFA code?
- What method are you using for MFA (SMS, call, etc.)?
