Merrill Lynch: Data connection not seeing 2 of my accounts.

Not sure what happened overnight. ML account got locked. Once unlocked on the ML side, I went to reset the connection in Simplifi.
Now it only sees 1 of my investment accounts, 2 BofA credit cards and 1 BofA checking….it's not seeing 2 other investment accounts that were working fine until this morning.
Please advise! Have PTSD from the whole Merrill Lynch drama last year.

Thanks for reaching out! Sorry to hear about the recent trouble with Merrill Lynch. To clarify, are the two missing investment accounts both under Merrill Lynch as well? Were they previously connected in Quicken Simplifi?
I would see if a fresh connection works here to resolve the issue. You can make the accounts manual and then use the Add Account flow to get a completely fresh connection. If the connection is successful, you'll then want to link the accounts to your existing Quicken Simplifi accounts. Let us know how that goes!
