Navient to Mohela

I am unable to add Mohela to quicken. Is this a known issue? It's says it can't find my account. When I log on to https://authenticate2.servicing.mohela.com the acccount info works. This problem started when my student loan went from Navient to Mohela. Thank you!

Disregard. I reset the Navient account and it worked even thought this switched Mohela
