Transaction Payee shows up as 'Mobile'

It seems that for transactions made by mobile the full name and description appears in the summary in Citibank but when pulled into Quicken it only shows up as Mobile making it hard to know what this transition was for - anyone else have this issue or know a work around?

    Hello @trezbo,

    Thanks for reaching out! How does the "Appears on your statement as…" information read for the transactions in question? This can be found in the Transaction Detail view when selecting a transaction in Quicken Simplifi. If you can provide screenshots showing this information as well as how it appears on the bank website, this would be helpful in determining what is happening here.

    Thanks. So you can see here where in my bank transactions it says Mobile but in Quicken it only pulls in Mobile for some reason and does not contain any of the other transaction information
