Citibank migration

I've seen a couple threads about problems with the Citibank migration, both were closed today, saying the problem has been resolved, but I still can't authorize my accounts. I'm very frustrated. I've tried walking through the process of reauthorizing and I've taken the advice of others and deactivated and tried to reactivate. Same thing every time - "We encountered a problem processing your request. Please try again later."
What else can I try to make it work?

When viewing your account from our end, I see that you are using Quicken Classic instead of Quicken Simplifi. Since this is the Quicken Simplifi Community, you will want to post to the Quicken Classic Community:
