Chase Wrongly linked transaction CAN NOT be unlinked

This transaction was 'innocently' mis-matched, the date and amount were probably similar.

However, there are two problems here:

  1. As long as my cursor is in the browser window, the 'unlink' button is not visible because of an unnecessary pop-up window:

2. If I bring my mouse cursor outside of the browser window, I can see the 'unlink' button is not enabled anyway:

    Hello @RobWilk,

    Thanks for reaching out and letting us know. Is the other side of the transaction a manually created transaction in Quicken Simplifi? Can you provide a screenshot of the other side as well? Is the issue still occurring if you sign out of Quicken Simplifi and sign back in? Finally, does the issue appear in another web browser/incognito mode?

    Umm.. This is weird, but it's no longer a linked transaction.

    Maybe one of the times i clicked 'unlink' it actually took earlier (?)
