I am trying to reconnect the account and getting a Care code: FDP-102 error.

Thanks for reaching out! I would see if a fresh connection here would resolve the issue. You can make the accounts manual and then use the Add Account flow to get a completely fresh connection. If the connection is successful, you'll then want to link the accounts to your existing Quicken Simplifi accounts.
Otherwise, this error typically resolves itself after 24-48 hours. If you continue to receive this error after 48 hours, please make sure to let us know.
