ComputerShare connection not working FDP-106 error (edited)

I have been getting the following error for the last 6+ days when attempting to connect with ComputerShare. It states that Quicken Simplifi is looking into the issue. Can someone provide a status?

I have tried the ComputerShare Investor Center, which worked prior to this issue over the last week. I have also tried the other "account types" listed when you search for ComputerShare in Simplifi. They all point to ComputerShare.com/US and my logon doesn't seem to work there. However, if you log into ComputerShare.com/Verizon (the company that I worked for), the logon works. Is it possible to add a ComputerShare - Verizon version that goes to the URL noted above?

    Thanks for reaching out! It looks like Computershare is currently reporting connection issues within Quicken Simplifi. We are investigating the issue, and in the meantime, I would suggest trying to connect every once in a while while we work to resolve the issue.

    Is anyone else having trouble connecting to Computershare.com to update accounts? Error message says there is an awareness of the issue, but following the steps to "re-connect" repeatedly fail. Deleted the account and tried to add it back as a new account. Failed again?
