I have been getting the following error for the last 6+ days when attempting to connect with ComputerShare. It states that Quicken Simplifi is looking into the issue. Can someone provide a status?
I have tried the ComputerShare Investor Center, which worked prior to this issue over the last week. I have also tried the other "account types" listed when you search for ComputerShare in Simplifi. They all point to ComputerShare.com/US and my logon doesn't seem to work there. However, if you log into ComputerShare.com/Verizon (the company that I worked for), the logon works. Is it possible to add a ComputerShare - Verizon version that goes to the URL noted above?
