Add Fremont Bank for more than just mortgages

You have Fremont Bank for mortgage accounts, but not for any other banking services. I am not able to add my accounts to the link for Fremont Bank - Mortgage. Please add Fremont Bank for all accounts.

Thank you for letting us know you're having trouble connected your accounts. To assist with this, please provide the exact URL (web address) that you use when connecting to the account directly through the financial institution's website.

When I check on our end, I can see you attempted to connect to Fremont Bank - Mortgage and got a FDP-106 error. Is that the error you saw on your end as well? Please provide a screenshot of the error message/code you are seeing when you attempt to connect. It also looks like you just tried to add the account today, and it was not previously connected/working in Quicken Simplifi. Is that correct?

Additionally, please provide the following information:

What type of accounts are you trying to add?
- E.g. checking account, savings account, investment accounts, etc.
What is the account nickname as it appears on the bank's website?
Have there been any recent changes to the bank’s website?
Has there been activity on the account(s) within the last 90 days?
