Please add the ability to save reporting settings for future use

I run exploratory reports with several different settings and filters, but I can't save the layout for future use. I also don't seem to be able to export to a program like XL, so every time I want the same insight I have to rerun a report and hope I get it right.

I understand why a developer would want to only allow dynamic reporting, but for financial applications you should really be able to save your work for future. Thanks.
