    Hello @Edmondg1,

    I'll be happy to help you with this. To connect an account in Quicken Simplifi, you would need to have the login credentials for the primary account holder. As long as you have that information handy, you should be able to add the accounts in your Quicken Simplifi (for instructions on adding accounts, click here).

    If you are having difficulty adding the accounts, please provide additional details, such as what error messages/codes you're seeing, or if there are no errors, what is happening when you try to add the accounts.

    I hope this helps!

    @Edmondg1 ,

    One additional thing you might consider is adding different emojis for different family members to the account names. It's easiest to do this when editing Settings > Accounts in the Mobile App. I did this for someone's account once where they had bank accounts for a different person.

    It looked something like this…

    • CHK| Primary
    • CHK| Primary🙂
    • SAV| General
    • SAV| General🙂

    The one without a smiley face was person # 1, the other was person #2.
