Simplifi won't add all Fidelity accounts.

Fidelity is the administrator for several of my employer's compensation and benefits programs. These include long-term compensation, restricted stock shares, and 401K l in addition to HSA and traditional individual brokerage accounts.


Simplifi recognizes and integrates all these accounts quite nicely - except for one which I can select upon adding Fidelity as institution but it simply won't appear as an account within Simplifi.

Has anyone else experienced similar difficulties?

    Thanks for reaching out! To clarify your issue, you are able to see the account to be added in the account discovery window within Quicken Simplifi, but afterward, when you go to look for it, it is nowhere to be found? If you check under Settings > Accounts, does the account appear there? What is the account type of this particular account?
