    Thanks for reaching out! To help us better understand what you are going through, can you clarify what specifically is occurring here?

    • What is the name of the bank where the problems are occurring?
    • Do the credit cards you mentioned fall under the same bank? If not, what financial institution are they under?
    • Is the bank account not downloading transactions/connecting at all? Are you receiving an error with Quicken Simplifi?
    • Can you provide screenshots showing the issues?
