Thanks for reaching out! To help us better understand what you are going through, can you clarify what specifically is occurring here?

What is the name of the bank where the problems are occurring?
Do the credit cards you mentioned fall under the same bank? If not, what financial institution are they under?
Is the bank account not downloading transactions/connecting at all? Are you receiving an error with Quicken Simplifi?
Can you provide screenshots showing the issues?
