Tablet App: Reminders Carousel should include projected balances (edited)

I just noticed that the tablet app has the reminders carousel (I don't remember that being there) but it has a separate button for "See projected cash flow >", wouldn't it make more sense to include the continuing balances in the reminders carousel… add a line or two to the carousel entries showing "Balance: <bal>" — it really wouldn't take up more space if you could then remove the "See Projected Cash Flow >" button.

This is just an idea - if you like the idea, vote for it too.

I did a quick search and could not find an existing idea for this

I just opened my iPad app to see what you mean. I don't use it much on the tablet but will this weekend so I'll check it out more then and may add my vote.

I don't use the Cashflow thing much, but do look at it from time to time in accounts in which I keep a low balance, eg., Apple Cash.

@SRC54 For me, most of my "checking" type accounts I keep a pretty low balance (when I have excess, I tend to transfer it to savings if i can)— so, for me, cash flow helps keep track of the low balance the way you say you do for the Apple Cash, for the same reasons. Cash flow in the savings accounts is "less useful" as there are only scheduled deposits "long term" if any (let's say once a month) and no scheduled withdrawals from savings.

I understand that! I get bonus interest on my checking account so I keep a fairly large balance, larger than I would like because I STILL get better interest on my High Interest Accounts. I am still looking for another one of those accounts, but haven't decided on one. Everbank is a possibility.

I would use Apple Savings since it has a decent rate but it doesn't offer joint accounts. That's a non starter for me.

I think my "bonus checking" account gets interest only if i meet certain criteria - it shows a divident/interest rate of "0.00%" right now but i believe that adjusts — I think one of which is some minimum number of debit card transactions (per month or whatever), because the bank technically makes money (I believe) on those transactions.
