BOA importing transactions multiple times

BOA is importing transactions multiple times and then they are not going away. When trying to delete I get a message saying I can't because they are bank transactions. Any help appreciated.

Thank you for letting us know you're encountering this issue. To clarify, when you say BOA is importing transactions multiple times, do you mean its downloading duplicate transactions? Are these transactions duplicates of manually entered transactions? If you haven't already done so, I recommend following the troubleshooting in this article:

You mentioned you're seeing an error when you try to delete the transactions. Are you following the process to delete transactions outlined in this article on Managing transactions?

Are the transactions you're trying to delete pending or posted transactions? If possible, would you please post a screenshot of the exact error you're seeing? Please make sure to redact any personal information.

-The quicken app is showing multiple iterations of the same transaction. Even when one of the transactions clears the other pending transactions do not go away. I have been through the help articles but will give yours a look.

-Once one iteration of the duplicate line item clears I have attempted to delete the pending duplicates.
