No call backs through the help widget

Hi. For several months now I have not received call backs after I request a call through the Help widget. There is no auto generated call back that allows me to leave a voice mail, which use to work well. Is anyone else having this problem?

I have reached out through chat multiple times and every time the agent assumes that the problem is on my end. They tell me that they are very busy and I should leave multiple voicemails, however there is no way for me to even leave a voicemail if the autogenerated call never comes in.

the help widget on my Mac seems to not be functioning. I was wondering if there were any other users having the same problem. I put in the request for call back - during business hours of course- and no call back.

I will try the app on my phone to make calls and see if that works.

Thanks for the reply! I would also see if trying from a different web browser/incognito mode would work from your Mac. Something may be blocking the ability within your original web browser.
