Hi. For several months now I have not received call backs after I request a call through the Help widget. There is no auto generated call back that allows me to leave a voice mail, which use to work well. Is anyone else having this problem?
I have reached out through chat multiple times and every time the agent assumes that the problem is on my end. They tell me that they are very busy and I should leave multiple voicemails, however there is no way for me to even leave a voicemail if the autogenerated call never comes in.
