No call backs through the help widget

Hi. For several months now I have not received call backs after I request a call through the Help widget. There is no auto generated call back that allows me to leave a voice mail, which use to work well. Is anyone else having this problem?

I have reached out through chat multiple times and every time the agent assumes that the problem is on my end. They tell me that they are very busy and I should leave multiple voicemails, however there is no way for me to even leave a voicemail if the autogenerated call never comes in.

    Thanks for reaching out and providing your feedback! I wish we could be of more help here, but we in the community do not have much control over the Call Me Help option. To clarify, have you tried in both the mobile application and the support article widget? https://support.simplifi.quicken.com/en/articles/5077917-how-to-contact-support

  • the help widget on my Mac seems to not be functioning. I was wondering if there were any other users having the same problem. I put in the request for call back - during business hours of course- and no call back.

    I will try the app on my phone to make calls and see if that works.

    Hello @RuthA ,

    Thanks for the reply! I would also see if trying from a different web browser/incognito mode would work from your Mac. Something may be blocking the ability within your original web browser.
