Who is the moderator for this thread and where can community members find out why statements are removed? Is discussion on why a several months old issue has not been addressed banned speech?
For example, @EL1234 wrote "Is this something that they are waiting for Target Redcard to fix? Or is the issue on Simplifi's end and we're just waiting for it to get taken care of?"
This comment was not removed as "speculation" but clearly there was speculation about the cause in the questions.
What "speculation" is allowed and what "speculation" is not allowed?0 -

We understand that online banking issues can be frustrating. Posting multiple times or encouraging other users to create multiple posts is considered disruptive and is not allowed here in the Community. Speculating on the attention given to issues or things of that nature can also be removed by Moderators.

Does this just fall under the umbrella "We reserve the right to remove any content for any reason we deem fit"?
Thank you. I look forward to the updates on the May 2025 alert. It would serve all those affected to see more activity on that. It is beginning to look like a dead post.3 -

@Mank The Tank , I'm not sure if you have had any new transactions on your Target Circle Card since you posted on July 29th, but is Simplifi and Target Circle Card still fully in sync?

@SmartCents - my last set of charges for July are in sync. I have not used the card in August yet
- Credit card payment on July 25th for July 22nd purchases
- July 22nd purchases
- July 2 credit card payment for June 28th purchases
- June 28th purchases

Mine downloaded all the month's transactions on the 1st, like it did for the last few months. I haven't used the card yet since then.

It's still not working. I am very disappointed with Simplifi's response to this issue. It's a paid subscription and there's an expectation that it will work as advertised. It's a pain having to manually add Target transactions, as the coaches recommend. I work in IT and trust me, I know 1st hand that integrating applications is challenging. But for a problem to remain unresolved for this amount of time is unheard of. The response "This is a known issue that we are working to resolve as quickly as possible" is meaningless and annoying. Can one of the coaches give a better update?

I have also been having issues with transactions syncing with my target circle card account. It seems that the transactions will only download once a month when the statement closes. The rest of the month, no new transactions appear, even though I am using the card and the transactions are showing up on the credit card website.

Well, it is no longer working for me when it used to work. It is requesting a login after reconnecting. When trying to reconnect, it tells me it is already added

Thank you for letting us know you're encountering this issue reconnecting your Target accounts. To help troubleshoot, I checked our internal tools to gain further insight into the issue. I'm not seeing any error messages or error codes.
Please try making the affected accounts manual (for instructions, click here), add the accounts (for instructions, click here), and make sure to properly link the accounts to the existing name in Quicken Simplifi (for instructions, click here).

Thank you for letting us know you're also having an issue. To help troubleshoot, I checked our internal tools, and it looks like you are successfully connecting to Target. Are you getting any error messages/codes when you try to update your account? If you're not seeing any errors, then is the issue you're encountering a problem with no transactions downloading?

When looking at my account in Simplifi it says:
This financial institution needs your attention We have lost connectivity to your account. To restore connectivity, you must reconnect with your FI.(Care code: 324)

I’ve lost the connection with my Target account entirely. I took it manual like was suggested to reset the connection, but now I can’t reconnect the account at all. Every time I try it gives me the message below like the account is already connected and working fine but it is not.

Same issue here. I have tried to make it manual and then add the Target account again, and I keep getting this error:
This financial institution needs your attention. We have lost connectivity to your account. To restore connectivity, you must reconnect with your FI.
I log in to the account but it does not seem to download transactions and the error symbol remains on the account.

@Coach Kristina , Should this issue we are all seeing about the lost connection to Target be a new message thread? It's not the same issue as the long standing problem of transactions not downloading to Simplify. I don't want any resolutions regarding the lost connections to prompt closure of this thread which was about a different issue (Simplifi's inability to pull in transactions after connections are made).

@Alphabet, Are you sure you want to let your Simplifi subscription expire (by going to , then selecting Subscriptions, and Cancel Renewal). It's only been 5 months since these issues have been raised.
Sure, this other site you mention works with more financial accounts like Target's Circle Card and offers a free trial with 50% off your first year. But what does that really get you other than real time views of your finances at a lower cost. Here, you're thanked for your patience. Does this other site thank you for being patient?
