Manually Added Accounts/Assets not showing in overview!

Hello

I have seen that this is a known issue and has been resolved for some but Im still having trouble. I have several manually added accounts and assets, with positive values, where the value is showing as 0 in my dashboard. I have done the same thing for others and the value is showing. Does anyone know whats happening?!

  • I opened an account and added a starting balance per right hand side of screenshot. That same account is showing zero in the overview column on left.

    Hello @Jamessmck,

    Thanks for the reply! To clarify further, does the account balance show up above the account register itself or is it also showing as $0 there like in the Accounts List? If you sign in to Quicken Simplifi from a different web browser/incognito mode, does the balance show up? Let us know!
