American Express Canada returns FDP-390 error

I have three Amex Canada Cards and my Amex account will not reconnect. Any ideas?

When viewing your connection attempts from our end, I see successful connections with American Express Canada. Are you receiving an FDP-390 error? If so, this is a known issue with an Alert that can be followed for updates:
If not, please tell us what specifically is occurring with American Express Canada in Quicken Simplifi so we can best assist you. We look forward to hearing back!

Yes that is the error Natalie. It has been this way for about a week now.
