I have three Amex Canada Cards and my Amex account will not reconnect. Any ideas?

When viewing your connection attempts from our end, I see successful connections with American Express Canada. Are you receiving an FDP-390 error? If so, this is a known issue with an Alert that can be followed for updates:

Yes that is the error Natalie. It has been this way for about a week now.
This was one of the primary reasons I chose Quicken Simplifi. Please confirm once this will be fixed.
