Midfirst connection broken for a month

I know this is listed as an ongoing issue, but it has been a month. This app is useless to me if it cannot link to my bank. I moved to Simplifi and paid for it after the free Mint app closed. Never had this kind of issue with Mint. If this is not resolved soon, I'll need to move to another app (which is a lot of work!)
A month is way to long for a paid app to be broken.
Please resolve it or start providing refunds to those affected.

When checking your connection activity from our end, I see that you're receiving an FDP-107 error with MidFirst Bank in Quicken Simplifi. As you mentioned, this is a known issue. You can follow our Alert for updates:
While the connection is down, you can track the account manually. The following articles go over adding manual accounts and adding manual transactions.

51 days since last sync and this is still not fixed.

67 days and counting. Is this ever going to be fixed? It took hours to transfer all of my accounts to Simplifi. I would rather not have to do this again, but I need my bank to sync or this app is useless.

Any update on this issue. Is this issue being worked? As for others, this makes the app useless for me and will need to seek other options if this is not resolved soon.
