Fremont Bank - Non-Mortgage Accounts (edited)

Fremont Bank does not list Checking Account in Simplifi. I only see the option for Mortgage. I would like to request that Checking Account, Savings Account, Mortage, and Home Equity Line of Credit be added. The URL is www.fremontbank.com. I already worked with a Coach in a customer support chat, but they could not help me. Here are some screenshots of what I see in Simplifi, which is missing options to add the other accounts I have.
